There are four ways in which you can purchase SCRIP:

	Scrip is sold in front of school every Tuesday morning

Who Benefits?
Scrip gift cards are a great way to thank teachers and staff for a wonderful year and earn money for Dixie at the same time. Scrip gift cards also make great gifts for family members, friends, co-workers, or for those you want to send or give a special thanks!

It's true! Grocery stores, department stores, book stores, music and video stores, clothing stores, restaurants... ALL want to give money to DIXIE CANYON!

What is SCRIP and how does it work?
The concept is simple -- All it takes is for YOU to buy scrip (gift cards) from Dixie!

Dixie purchases gift cards (SCRIP) from popular retailers like like Borders, Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, Gap, Barnes and Noble, Macys and many more at a discount. You then buy the gift cards from Dixie at face value and the gift card is used like cash. Example: You give Dixie $100 and we give you back $100 worth of gift cards / scrip. If the vendor gives Dixie a 9% discount, then $9 out of your $100 scrip purchase goes to Dixie, but you still get to spend all $100 of your gift card!

We also have a CONTEST with a prize for the class that generates the most scrip income during the year. Last year's winning class (Mrs. Matthews Durr's class) won an ice cream/video party at the end of the year.
