We are always transforming and rebuilding to keep our campus active and innovative. Last school year (2011), Board Member Tamar Galatzan (District 3) was instrumental in securing several bond-funded projects that will benefit Dixie Canyon's wonderful students and families. Dixie Canyon is to receive $205,000 improvements to the facility. Included are: 35 backpack hook racks to be installed outside all 35 classrooms, a new PA system will be installed outside, expand the fencing around the kindergarten year which will increase the play area for our youngest students, artificial turf on the 6,000 square foot playing field and 5 BrightLink Interactive Projectors. Dixie Canyon continues to move forward as a dynamic learning environment for the children today, tomorrow and in the future. Thank you Ms. Galatzan and all of our supporters!
