2009 Dixie Dolphins PTA Membership Swim Race
Can you help us reach our goal of 100% PTA Membeship? That means we only need one PTA member for every student! We would rock the PTA world with an impressive membership of over 700 members and we could then possibly get some great grant funding!
Here is how the swim race works - and not to worry you don't have to know how to swim to win!!! It's the Dixie Dolphins representing your classrooms that will do the hard work.
- Imagine each class is a pod of Dixie Dolphins. And Dolphin pods are like families, they all help each other. Your pod has to help your Dixie Dolphin reach the other side of the ocean before any other class Dolphins do. The fastest way to do this is to get as many PTA memberships as there are students in your class.
- Starting Monday September 21st you can watch your Dixie Dolphin swim along the section of ocean on the great sea wall on your left as you walk onto campus.
- The first pod to get 100% participation and have their Dixie Dolphin reach the other side of the ocean by October 2nd will win a CLASS PARTY!!
- Just join the PTA online or complete the PTA Membership form and turn into your pod teacher! REMEMBER you do not HAVE to volunteer or come to PTA meetings JOINING is a huge contribution of its own and just as important!
