From school events, fundraisers and PTA gathering, we hope you will join us as we show our kid's that we can all make a difference. Just as we look at each of our children and see them for their unique gifts and talents, we invite you, their parents, to share with us your gifts so that we can lead by example and work together in making the 2007-2008 school year phenomenal!

	Thursday, May 29 - PTA Committee Elections 6pm Please join us - we have the right position for everyone! We still need a secretary and chairs for a number of the 2008 / 2009 fundraising and activity committees.
	Friday, May 30 - Staff Appreciation Luncheon and Diversity Day! Please join us as we HONOR our WONDERFUL teachers and staff. We have over 100 staff at Dixie to thank on behalf of our children.
	June 6 - Dixie Celebrates 60! Dixie is celebrating its 60th Anniversary with a Community Celebration! Volunteers still needed, please contact Kimberlee Leonard via email: kimberleeleonard@earthlink.net.
